Gulbenkian Development Aid Program

Gulbenkian Development Aid Program  was first implemented in 2003, with the fundamental objective of strengthening the domestic capacity of the countries in which it operates, i.e. Lusophone African countries and East Timor. Its interventions are based on a rigorous and careful definition of operating priorities, particularly concentrating on actions whose multiplying effects contribute to the above mentioned countries’ economic and social development.
